As a qualified professional and a devoted mother, I deeply understand the significance of compassion and empathy in assisting others.

My expertise lies in providing additional support to individuals navigating through Mental Health challenges including trauma and addiction. 

 

Nature's healing power has always been a fundamental tool in my own complex healing journey so I take great joy in connecting people with its inspiring therapeutic benefits.

I provide a holistic and compassionate approach to connecting your mind, body and spirit utilisting emotional regulation skills and titrated mindfulness techniques with the goal of optimising your mental wellbeing.

 

Connecting with nature is a core component of my approach, which is why all in-person sessions are conducted on nature trails within the serene Dandenong Ranges.

Each step of your journey is thoughtfully attuned with the surrounding environment so you can feel supported in nature's healing space while acquiring life-long emotional management skills.

With my extensive knowledge, study and experience in community services, mental health and addiction combined with my personal lived experience of mental health recovery, I'll provide you with tailored skills and tools for your personal healing and growth.

Where do you conduct your sessions?
In-person sessions are conducted on nature trails within the Dandenong Ranges but I do also offer online sessions

Multitudes of research show that spending time in nature is beneficial for your overall wellbeing. I believe if you can learn to connect with your surrounding environment then you can connect deeper to yourself.
