Chloe
As a qualified professional and a devoted mother, I deeply understand the significance of compassion and empathy in assisting others.

My expertise lies in providing additional support to individuals navigating through Mental Health challenges including trauma and addiction.
Nature's healing power has always been a fundamental tool in my own complex healing journey so I take great joy in connecting people with its inspiring therapeutic benefits.

My Approach
I provide a holistic and compassionate approach to connecting your mind, body and spirit utilisting emotional regulation skills and titrated mindfulness techniques with the goal of optimising your mental wellbeing.
Connecting with nature is a core component of my approach, which is why all in-person sessions are conducted outdoors whether it be via videochat or in person.
I offer sessions on nature trails within the serene Dandenong Ranges or I provide outreach sessions to help you connect with your own environment to optimise your skills in your local environment. This can be conducted via Telehealth or in person depending on your location.

Each step of your journey is thoughtfully attuned with the surrounding environment so you can feel supported in nature's healing space while acquiring life-long emotional management skills.
